In compliance with the obligations deriving from national legislation (Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n.196, Code regarding the protection of personal data) and community (European regulation for the protection of personal data n. 679/2016, GDPR) and subsequent modifications, we inform you that LB SRL (licensee of the ACCAELLE brand and hereinafter referred to only as LB) respects and protects the confidentiality of personal data, making every possible and proportionate effort not to infringe any right in this matter. The company LB, owner of this site, processes the personal data of: customers, suppliers and subjects who voluntarily communicate their personal data, according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of their privacy and their rights.

Method of collection

Data can be collected:

  • from IT platforms owned by LB through specific forms;

  • through paper material (brochures, other informative material) and stored in archives / IT platforms (CRM) used by LB, by third parties / platforms to LB but with which LB has active partnerships (e.g. apps.) of the data from the Third Party to LB will take place electronically and it will be the responsibility of the Third Party to inform the user about the collection / dissemination of data. Purpose of the processing
The data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • fulfill the obligations of law, regulations, community legislation, civil and tax laws;

  • fulfill any contractual and commercial obligations towards the interested party;

  • fulfill activities related to the economic activity of our company;

  • management of the support process and service delivery;

  • credit protection and debt management;

  • Marketing purposes:

  • promotional activities (contact center, promotions, dispatch of information / advertising material) of LB, of companies that own or associate LB SRL (hereinafter referred to as the Group), of companies and / or commercial partners also abroad, carried out both with automated methods ( e.g. email, sms, instant messaging applications, etc.) and with non-automated methods (e.g. ordinary mail, telephone with operator, etc.). In particular, LB may use the User's email address to transmit information and promotional communications related to the services and products offered by LB, the Group and / or commercial partners even without the User's consent, provided that the User does not object to such use.

Processing for marketing purposes may only take place with the consent of the User which may also be expressed in implicit form, for example by filling in an online form.

Provision of data
Although the provision of personal data is optional, this is necessary for the provision of the service, the stipulation or modification of contracts and for the establishment or maintenance of any relationship with LB. In case of refusal to report the requested data, it will not be possible to follow up on the Customer's requests or the continuation of any relationships in progress could be prevented or hindered.

Data provision period
The data collected by LB using IT tools (websites) or paper (brochures, other informative material) will be kept by LB for 30 years.

Categories of recipients of personal data
The User's data may be communicated, exclusively for the aforementioned purposes, to the following categories of subjects:

  • the internal staff of LB, in their capacity as person in charge and / or data processor;

  • companies belonging to the Group;

  • suppliers of LB and companies belonging to the Group;

  • persons, companies, associations or professional firms that provide services or assistance and consultancy activities in favor of LB in order to protect their own rights (for example, accountants, doctors, lawyers, tax consultants, auditors, consultants in the field of operations auditing or due diligence, etc.);

  • persons, companies, or agencies that provide marketing and analysis services or consultancy activities for LB;

  • subjects whose right to access your data is recognized by provisions of law and secondary legislation or by provisions issued by authorities legitimated by the law;

Transfer of personal data outside the European Union

Personal data spontaneously provided, if useful or necessary for access to services or for the performance of our functions, will be kept until the user requests cancellation via the appropriate update or cancellation request link inserted in the terms of this information.

Data Generated by the Use of the Website
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data (so-called log files) whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
